This is Twizel, a spirited Border Collie from Batemans Bay that we had the pleasure of pet sitting in 2023. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she was full of energy and always ready for action. Her boundless enthusiasm, especially when it came to chasing a ball, kept us entertained throughout our stay.

Twizel’s love for the game went beyond the usual fetch routine. She didn’t just rely on us to throw the ball—she was perfectly happy playing on her own. One of her favorite tricks was dropping the ball into the surf, then dashing after it as the waves carried it back toward the shore. Watching her time her runs with the movement of the water, ears perked and eyes locked onto her target, was both impressive and amusing.

Whether racing across the sand, splashing through the shallows, or eagerly waiting for the next throw, Twizel’s joy was infectious. Her tireless energy and playful personality made her a fantastic companion, and we’ll always remember our time with her at Batemans Bay. 🐾📸❤️
